Kicking off 2018 with the HRPA Conference and Trade Show

With a big year ahead, the Xref team is already preparing for its first industry event of 2018, the HRPA’s Annual Conference and Trade Show in Toronto. The three-day event, running from January 31st to February 2nd, will be held at the Toronto Convention Centre and promises to feature world-renowned keynote speakers, more than 130 HR professional development sessions, and a range networking events, while playing host to more than 250 exhibitors, showcasing the latest HR products and services.

The Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) is widely recognized for its role in advancing the professionalism of Canadian HR and the acknowledgment of the profession as a key driver of organizational success. So it’s no surprise that the annual conference draws in more than 4,500 national and international HR professionals.

This year’s event “A New Beginning: The Intelligence Revolution”, will focus on technology and how it looks set to impact the HR industry. This really is our sweet spot and we’re looking forward to meeting other Canadian professionals who recognize the importance of tech in supporting HR professionals with the challenges they will face in the workplace of the future.

With such a great line-up of speakers, covering topics such as industry disruption, the new world of work, the evolution of the Canadian workforce, the rise of AI, understanding data-driven decisions and trends for 2018, we’re sure there will be a wealth of information and insight for attendees to take away and apply in their own workplaces.
