Log in to Workday, and select the candidate you wish to progress. Select ‘Move forward’. Then select ‘Reference Check’.
Monitor how your reference check is progressing with the ‘Select Background Check Overall status’ task.
When the Xref process is complete, the status will automatically update to ‘Xref Check completed’. View the results and confidently decide on your next hire.
