Step 1: Click 'Advance' and then 'Initiate Xref' to send the reference request to the candidate.
Step 2: After you initiate the reference request, you’ll be kept informed of the status of the check by tracking it in the ‘Lifecycle’ section.
Step 3: Once the reference is complete, click to view the full reference report and analysis, including the Sentiment Analysis and Core Competency graph. Share the report with a line manager or export to PDF, anytime.
