Discriminatory questions

Discriminatory questions are ones that an employer cannot legally ask a candidate. For example, the following questions will be considered unlawful in most interviews: Are you in a same-sex relationship/ marriage? What’s your ethnic background or religion? Are you pregnant or planning to start a family? Do you have a physical or mental disability?
