At Xref, we believe that a truly engaged workforce is the cornerstone of success. Our Engage Awards highlight those who not only understand this but actively implement practices that lead to thriving, dynamic environments.
The Best Workplace Award honours organisations with excellent management practices and a highly engaged workforce. To qualify, organisations must use at least 30 benchmarkable questions, achieve a response rate of 50% or more, and score an average satisfaction of 80% or higher, OR be at least 10% above their industry benchmark.

The Change Champion Award celebrates organisations that achieve significant, measurable positive change in their workplace between engagement surveys. Eligibility requires completing a repeat Xref Engage survey, including at least 30 benchmarkable questions, and achieving a 50% or greater response rate. This award highlights true dedication to continuous improvement and responsiveness to employee feedback.
