When candidates are progressed to the Xref stage, Greenhouse will provide the option to “send test”. First, select the Xref criteria, then add at least one Greenhouse user to review or grade the results. Click to issue the request. A transparent disk will appear indicating that the request is now in progress.
The candidate will receive an email from Xref inviting them to provide their reference details and references are then sent an email to verify and complete feedback on the candidate. Once references are completed the circular disk will fill in and email notifications will be sent to the specified “graders”.
A PDF copy of the reference will be stored against the candidate's application. Graders can access the link to review the reference checks and fill out their decision scorecard. This feedback provided by the graders will appear back on the candidate profile in Greenhouse.
