To initiate your Xref request within the SuccessFactors platform, select "Initiate Background Check" from the "Take Action" dropdown menu on the candidate dashboard.
Once your request has been submitted, you can monitor the progress of your Xref reference within the "Background Check" section of the candidate dashboard. Once a reference response has been submitted, click "View Report" to access it.
Within the report page, you can view details of all activity occurring during the reference process and, once complete, access the full, final reference report by clicking the "Answered" button.
