Welcome to Xref.

Welcome to the Xref story. Xref is a global platform for automated, pre-employment verification.

We have been improving the recruitment process for more than 10 years now. In that time, we have grown globally and processed more than two million automated reference checks. Businesses of all shapes and sizes from around the world use us and we support some big, household names with our leading product and service, including the likes of Qantas, Westpac, Macquarie Bank and Zoom.

Much of the success of Xref lies in the power of the platform. The HR tech space is competitive, increasingly so since workplaces have become dispersed and teams remote, but we are proud to be the highest rated global provider of pre-employment reference checks. Our platform is truly global and enterprise-ready, and our addressable market includes employers wanting to safeguard their company from breaches in fraud, privacy and discrimination, which are, again, all issues that have come to the fore since so much of the world’s recruitment has started to be done remotely.

But we wouldn’t be where we are now with the technology alone. The service we offer is, truly, second to none and a rare find in an age of digital dominance. As a result, today we are loved by 6500 users across 1200 enterprise organisations and we focus on sectors within the trust economy such as Healthcare, Agecare, NFP, Government and education. These organisations that people trust, trust us to improve their hiring.

Having been publicly listed for five years, we have strong shareholder support, in the form of both institutional and retail. It is important to us that our shareholders remain up-to-date with our emerging story and are clear on our value and strategy moving forward.

The world has changed, and so have we. We understand the pressure on global talent and human resources teams. We have been working with some of the largest organisations in the world to bring about innovative new products that will offer insight to the employment sector that has never been seen before.

We do this at an optimal point in our journey, at a time of growth, when business critical platforms such as Xref are in high demand.

Follow us through FY21, we are excited by the opportunity that lies ahead for us and have worked hard to position ourselves well for profit and growth.
