Here are some definitions that will help you understand your Xref usage better.

Upon creating your account, your subscription includes a defined turnover cap. The turnover cap allows you to generate profiles for both candidates and ex-employees within your current subscription term. You can track your subscription turnover cap usage in the main menu bar.
A standard subscription term is twelve (12) months. You can view the subscription expiry date in the organisation settings.
The first reference or exit request sent to a profile will increase your turnover cap usage by 1.
Sending a pulse request, conducting a background check, or initiating additional reference and exit requests for a profile within the Xref platform does not increase your turnover cap usage.
Any reference requests sent through an integration will increase your subscription turnover cap usage by 1.
Your subscription turnover cap usage decreases when you delete the only reference or exit request linked to a profile. This is provided that the recipient has not yet actioned the request.
