Here are some definitions that will help you understand your Xref usage better.

  • Total profiles represent the current number of candidates, employees, ex-employees and check recipients.*
  • Talent pool represents the overall count of candidates and ex-employees who are targets or potential targets for hiring.
  • Turnover cap is the quantity agreed as part of your subscription which allows you to send the first reference or exit request to a profile.

*This number may be reduced if your organisation has requested periodic data purges or if a data subject has requested to be forgotten.
