Lets reflect on the growth that Xref has achieved and the different partnerships and integrations that have helped us expand our scope of support

The last two years have seen Xref achieve great success through growth and expansion. What was a group of six staff based out of Sydney, is now a global business with more than 60 employees, upwards of 600 customers and three physical offices that allow us to operate in several markets, globally, at one time. We can now offer round-the-clock support, alongside market-specific expertise and experience.

Beyond our physical expansion, we have also recently turned our attention to growing the scope of recruitment support we can offer customers, through partnerships and integrations with ATS and CRM platforms that align with our values and goals. To date, these have included Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Bullhorn and Expr3ss!.

We are very proud of the Xref platform, but we recognise that our solution  is just one piece of the recruitment process puzzle. We understand that user experience is high up the priority list for HR practitioners globally, and the majority are looking for a seamless end-to-end process that requires very little navigation from application of role, through to “Day 1” and, occasionally, beyond.

Our strategic integrations enable us to offer this, as well as improved efficiencies, better time to hire, more valuable insights and better security when recruiting.

Our latest round of funding marked another remarkable milestone for the business. The successful completion of an oversubscribed share placement, saw us raise $7.5 million. The majority of this funding will be dedicated to taking our focus on partnerships further still, by improving and expanding our integrations internationally. We are excited to be developing our global footprint by leveraging existing channel relationships, exploring new ones and taking our solution into new regions.

Myself and Lisa - Xref’s dedicated channel and partnerships team - are driving these efforts and will be attending a number of events over the next 12 months to ensure we stay up to speed with the market and in touch with our channel peers.

First stop San Francisco and Vegas…

We will soon be heading to Las Vegas, where we’ll be attending the HR Tech Conference, the largest of it’s kind in the world. We are really excited to see what an HR Tech industry event looks like on that scale, browse the stands, learn from the speakers, and soak up the excitement around the future of work and HR tech.

We’ll also then be popping over to San Francisco, to meet with some existing partners and shared customers, to discuss new features, global growth and plans for the future. Keeping our partners up to speed with the capabilities we offer now and our aspirations for the the future, and hearing about theirs in return, is important to ensuring we understand and can talk about each other’s platforms with confidence and accuracy. Of course, it’s also just a great opportunity for us to get to know the global contacts we work with daily, face-to-face.

If you are also planning on being at the HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas, get in touch - it would be great to see familiar faces and make some new contacts while we are there.
