Laura Bolton - Director Of Customer Success
Laura leads the global team. She's a people person with a passion for customer satisfaction and home-made macaroni cheese. If she’s not smiling and laughing herself, she’s making others happy with one of her entertaining stories.
Rachel Davidson - Customer Success Manager
Rachel is a customer success powerhouse. When she’s not helping our users get the most out of Xref, she’s busy cooking up batches of her famous 'Oreo Truffles', making her very popular around the office.
Dan Soldani - Partnership Success Manager
Dan puts the ’success’ in Partnership Success Manager. He always offers unwavering support to our partners, as well as clients benefiting from our integrations. In his spare time you’ll find him modifying his motorcycle, or screaming at an ungodly hour, supporting Manchester United.
Jorge Torres - Customer Success Manager
Helping our customers succeed in North America, Jorge is a fan of home renovations, cooking and repairing his car - the latter is a concern for his wife. He also loves to dance, with a particular passion for salsa, bachata and merengue.
Nikolas Douglas - Customer Success Manager
Nik is a much-loved point of contact for any candidates, referees and users looking for some extra platform support. He’s our resident skateboarder and is originally from Toronto but now calls Sydney home.

Lara is the ultimate relationship-builder and loves being at the end of the phone to answer any client, candidate or referee queries. A self-confessed sports freak, when she’s not providing expert support, she’ll likely be playing one of the many sports she competes in.

Scot, also known as ‘Scooty McToot’ is an avid traveller and has lived all over the world including in Guatemala, the USA, Argentina, Uganda and now New Zealand where he takes care of the success of our kiwi customers.
