With Xref, recruiters and HR professionals can create custom surveys or use HR best-practice reference check questions when requesting reference checks. Our Survey Builder allows users to create and send reference requests in as little as 30 seconds. Surveys can be sent out individually or to up to 100 candidates at a time for mass recruitment.
Xref saves recruiters time and improves time to hire by automating the reference checking process. Most references are completed on average in 18 hours, allowing users to secure top talent first and fast.
